Finally there is segregated recycling provided, which was not available since January, 2024. I forgot to check in June, 2025, though.
So we can throw plastic cups as plastic waste, rather than mixed.

Out of respect for the handicapped, washroom differentiation should be provided.
However, since January 2024, when this reviewer first spotted, the handicapped washroom is still open for the able bodied.
It is also common for people to be gossiping with the staff, at the front desk.
Security is sitting perched at the front desk, like administrative staff, also engaged in gossip, with what appears to be employees of the municipality itself.
So there goes security.
The security staff from 2024, has been replaced. Wonder why?

There was a power outage, this time. All the screens went blank! The lights were out. 6 minutes at least.

Power came back when only 4 minutes of my appointment were left.

The appointment was allowed!

My mother was accompanying.
Another senior lady was confused about being online on her smartphone. She believed she was offline. And needed free wi-fi.

People are perhaps not informed, that different places like the municipality and leisure center in Glostrup, run with the same wi-fi password.

The officer who conducted the appointment was able to re-activate the MyID access I required. She mentioned that she was not privy to the answers to the security questions. Absurd?
It is the same officer who served me in June.

Reached late for appointment.
The time slot had lapsed.

Was allowed anyways to proceed.

It is a technicality(pun intended) to miss an appointment.

Went off smooth.

May God have mercy.

April, 2024.
After a visit in January 2024, where one was late for the appointment, though it was allowed by staff, to go ahead, God's mercy came Divine, this once on time.

Curious, talkative staff. Called for appointment 04 minutes late, on screen in waiting room, when the number rang, while reaching as aforesaid on time.

Again, the appointment was allowed. So God above us all reckons, what comes next. Municipality staff member conducting appointment was friendly, allowing fist bumps, at start and end. A certain firmness from the client, may have been the antidote.

The steaming atmosphere, was kept by God's will under check, and no severe escalation transpired.

Common washroom for handicapped and normal bodied, observed. 21st century.

Security, ever indispensable. Rustic, possibly inebriated gentleman, with possible scars of domestic abuse. Deplorable.

Again, it is of consternation, such as in supermarkets, what must the job interview process been reckoned as, for such examples to make the cut.

Corruption, haughty conduct, and misrepresentation.

God is one. Still a bit unable to discern, half English-half unknown to the writer a language, touch screen display at reception, to scan at arrival.

Had to inquire about manual help.

Reasonable water cooler.
Plastic cup recycling segregation not provided.

Some staff need to check English grammar. Had to take some deep breaths after getting out, again.

Good for the health. 98 municipalties down 49!

Helt grotesk at man ikke kan komme igennem telefonisk selv i disse coronatider det er bare ikke godt nok. Foreslår I selv prøver at ringe op og gennemgå de 8-10 muligheder, hvor en del giver yderligere valgmulighed, som til sidst afsluttes med at det nu er udenfor åbningstiden

Dårlig ubehagelige service af medarbejdere til borgerne, flere fejl,flere tvungen, flere presset, fler løgn, har vi en sted eller samfundet plads, hvor kan man stålet og tror på når man skal bruge for.mm. i Glostrup
Bliver lidt klage, ja det er det.

Simpelthen så ufattelig ringe service. Var I ikke en offentlig instans, ville I snart være lukket. Ingen ville nogensinde komme retur til en butik med så ringe service. Ikke meget man får for sine skattekroner. SUK

Jeg var kommet for at få et " jeg-
er-fritaget- pas" . Forinden havde jeg ringet og oplyst at pga allergi turde jeg ikke tage vacsinen. Jeg fik ikke oplyst at jeg ikke kunne få et sådant pas pga allergi. Jeg fik bestilt en tid. Da jeg kom fik jeg at vide at jeg skulle underskrive en erklæring om at jeg havde nogle tilstande med min krop, som jeg ikke har. Det ku jeg jo ikke skrive under på. Det var spild af min og medarbejdernes tid.
